Barbara is a Holistic Coach, a Heart-Centered Teacher and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mind, Body Spirit Practioner Certification.  She has completed training in hypnotherapy, EFT, a Medicine Wheel Program, Energetic Tools and Advanced Training in Inca Q’ero healing techniques.

In addition Barbara studied with Sunny Dawn Johnston and completed Sunny’s 11 week class on Invoking The Archangels.  Recently Barbara completed “Reflections” training with international speaker, healer, author, Peggy Phoenix Dubro. 

Barbara has over 30 years of experience working with parents, moms, teens and children as an elementary teacher, special education teacher, a H.S. Guidance Cousnelor, and Licensed Professional Counselor.

She enjoys mountains, oceans, swimming, reading and raising her teenage grandson.  Barbara is a wife, a mother and a grandmother who resides with her husband, Jerry, her grandson and her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Lakota, overlooking the Bradshaw Mountains north of Phoenix.
