Love, Sweet Love
It’s not just for some, but for everyone. I bet you’re singing along, right? This month is all about love. Not just because of Valentine’s day, but because we need it so very much right now. All of us do. How many of you remember the Universal Law of Reciprocity? What you give will come back to you. The law of Reciprocity allows us to receive as a result of what we give or do. Put it out there in the universe and watch it come flooding back to you!
There is an intimate relationship between your emotions and what happens with your body. The best way to turn pain and anger into something positive is through love. Not just love of the people around you (although that is probably the most powerful), but love for the things you do, your pets, the places you go and things you see. Express your love joyfully and loudly. Make sure that you tell those you are close to that you love them every single day. You may think they already know, but they need to hear it from you. Snuggle with that puppy or kitten, play with the kids, and find your joy. You’ll find yourself smiling more. Those headaches and muscle pains will become a thing of the past. Your body will respond positively as will the people around you.
If you need some help finding those loving emotions, The Conscious Community has several members who specialize in helping people shed negative energy and focus on the positive. Contact any of them to schedule a session:
