Are you a seeker? How many approaches have you tried in your attempts to have, do and be more? More than you can count? If you are a seeker, chances are you have been all your life. What if I showed you that the truth you seek is already known to you?
My practice is focused helping individuals to remove self-imposed barriers in achieving their life’s purpose both personally and professionally. After working with teams and individuals worldwide for over 20 years and rooted in Humanistic Psychology (i.e. Dr. Carl Jung, Dr. Abraham Maslow, Dr. Carl Rogers, Dr. Wayne Dyer). I have observed that we all have an innate ability to live a purposeful life but our egos, environment, and beliefs create barriers to purpose fulfillment.
My work helps others learn and maintain techniques to discover and live every day with a sense of Mindfulness, Values, and Purpose (MVP) and thus returning to our nature of being the Most Valuable Person. It is a process built on empirical theory, and once you learn it, you will be able to self-regulate your passion for life. You may continue to be a seeker, but you will have a different understanding of its purpose.
